March (Movie) Madness

Since the beginning of 2012 I’ve seen 23 movies in their entirety (not counting the random title found on TV from time to time that might distract me for a half hour or more), and before March concludes this week I have 4-5 more viewings planned. This has been intentional. Between my Annual Oscar Ritual and TCM’s 31 Days of Oscar, as well as some Blockbuster Express freebies that expire this week, I really did set out to consume films during these winter months. And for the most part I’ve seen quite a few good movies! But the documenting has been slow-going on this blog, so I will be taking this final week of my favorite month to catch up, if you will, and post my little reviews. Some were part of the Oscar ritual, having been unable to see them at the cinema, some were TCM airings, and some were simply older titles that qualified for my free codes (though I never, ever rent a movie I didn’t once want to see). I’ll try to touch ‘em all in the next five days. You’re now forewarned.
